Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: Sessions are booked by appointment only. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with the date, time, and call link. Rescheduling: Need to change your time? Just give at least 24 hours' notice, and we'll find a new slot that works. Reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may not be guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session. Cancellations & Refunds: Single sessions are non-refundable once booked, but can be rescheduled once within 30 days with 24 hours' notice. No-shows without notice forfeit the session. Late Arrivals: Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you're late, we'll still wrap up on schedule to respect the time of anyone booked after you. 2-Month Private Coaching: The same rescheduling terms apply per session. If you need to pause or adjust your 8-week timeline due to an emergency, reach out directly, and we'll work something out — but the intensive is designed to be completed within the 8-week window.
